You will need a Hikvision camera with a mic input that looks like the picture below, where it says ‘AUDIO’ at the top, then underneath, from left to right, ‘IN, GND, OUT’: Your camera should be powered using a 12V power supply with a 2.1mm jack, like the picture below.

Does Hikvision camera support 2-way audio? I installed a new Hikvision camera with speaker and microphone capabilities. I can HEAR the audio fine in Audio Preview mode or in recordings. Saw in release notes SecuritySpy was 2-way audio enabled for Hikvision back in September of 2016 (4.0.6) and I am running 4.1.1 as of this writing. I have a two-way audio capable Hikvision camera.
