How long does it take for Jerry’s Artarama to ship? They ship usually within 24 hrs. They also have a fantastic art education side with hundreds of fun and informative videos, especially their Jerry’s Live series on youtube and facebook. Jerry’s Artarama is a complete disaster.
Does Jerry’s cover return shipping? Jerry’s apparently received the product back and didn’t think the fact that this product is junk was sufficient justification for a return, so even though they had said they’d cover return shipping & sent me a label, they apparently changed their mind, shorted me $15, and didn’t even tell me! Completely shady & unacceptable business practices!
